Some items in our store may be offered as a pre-order, add-on or subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these purchases.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive a repeat of deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and for monthly plans you will be charged for each delivery. Subscription plans setup for 3, 6 or 12 months will be paid for in advance.

Some subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew or would like to change a subscription you may cancel it at any time. Your order confirmation e-mails have links to your order where you can manage your subscription from there.

PRE-ORDERS

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no, partial, or full payment at checkout to store your payment method, then fulfill and charge any remaining payment at a future date.
