Some items in our store may be offered as a pre-order, add-on or subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these purchases.
Subscription Boxes
When you purchase a subscription box you'll receive a repeat of deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and for quarterly and annual plans you will be charged for each delivery. Subscription plans are setup for 1 box delivered in the last month of every quarter and will be paid for in advance.
Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew or would like to change a subscription you may cancel it at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming quarter or annual term. Once a renewal payment has been processed, cancellations will take effect for the next billing period. Because each box is curated and prepared in advance, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds after an order has been confirmed or shipped.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no, partial, or full payment at checkout to store your payment method, then fulfill and charge any remaining payment at a future date.
Subscription Services
Service plan subscribers may cancel their membership at any time prior to their next billing date. If cancellation occurs after billing, services will remain available until the end of the current paid term. Missed or unused service appointments within the billing period are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within the same quarter, subject to availability.
Appointment Cancellations (Subscription Services)
All appointment cancellations must be made at least 48–72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours or failure to show will result in a forfeiture of that service credit or a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service value, depending on the service tier. This ensures our artists’ time and preparation are honored. This also includes "no call, no shows".

To honor your time and the time reserved exclusively for you, all makeup appointments require full payment at the time of booking.
Notice:
-Appointments must be cancelled or reschedule within 48-72 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations:
-Cancellations made less than 48 in advance will result in forfeiture of the full payment, as your appointment cannot be re-booked on short notice.
No Call/No Show:
-If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the full payment is forfeited, and future bookings may require additional deposits or may be declined. Late Arrivals: -Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may lead to a shortened service or the need to reschedule. If rescheduling is required due to lateness, the payment is forfeited, and a new payment will be required to book again.
