Shipping for the subscription boxes within the continguous U.S. (48 bordering states) is complimentary. Shipping for any gift boxes or any additional items that will be sent separately, customer will be responsible for covering shipping fees.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number for your order via e-mail as soon as your package is shipped.
What if my box is lost, damaged or stolen during transit?
We apologize that this has happened as we understand situations like this can be frustrating. We recommend to first reach out to your mail carrier and check any additional surrounding areas for your box.

When does my order ship?
Our quarterly and gift boxes are scheduled to ship by the end of each quarter, ensuring that all subscribers and gift recipients receive their box within the final month of the quarter. This allows us time to carefully curate and prepare each box with excellence. See shipping schedule

How does this subscription box work?
You will choose your desired box (either subscription or gift box) and select your payment plan. Each month you will receive 5-8 full sized beauty products made by small indie to large beauty brands of color for you to experience.
Do I get to choose the products in my box?
The nature of a subscription box is to experience different products that you are familiar and unfamiliar with. We take time to curate each box with care and intentionality to highlight your your melanin beauty.
We are always seeking ways to make your experience with Creative Glam Box more unique and memorable. We will be soon adding a customization feature (with the ability to choose foundation shades, preference of makeup vs skincare etc). Be sure to stay connected with us via e-mail and social media to be up to date on that feature.
What is the purpose of pre-orders?
Pre-ordering secures your spot and helps us deliver a beautifully curated box just for you—on time and with purpose. It also helps us plan, avoid waste, and serve you with excellence!
When will I be charged?
You will be charged at the time of purchase when you place a pre-order for the quarterly box. After that, future boxes will be billed automatically at the start of each quarter, so you never miss a box!
For example:
If you subscribe to your box at the beginning of or within Q1 (Jan-Mar), your subscription will renew at the start of Q2 (Apr).
All one-time purchases (gift boxes, single items, merchandise etc) will be charged at the time of purchase.
Will I be charged for taxes?

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Though we are sad to see you go, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime.
Please note that subscriptions automatically renew on the 1st of the month of the new quarter. To avoid being charged for an additional quarter or year, please be sure to cancel before the renewal date as we currently are unable to offer a refund. Additionally, prepaid orders are non-refundable. If you cancel your order, you will still receive your box for the quarter or year billed and it will apply at the end of the order term.
How do I view, manage, or cancel my subscription?
Every customer who places a subscription order with us (whether registered and logged in or not), can view, manage, or cancel their subscription via the link contained in every subscription e-mail. Additionally, customers who did create an account with us have the option to view, manage, or cancel their subscription through the customer portal on our website.
Do you offer refunds?
At this time, all subscription box sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of our curated, limited-edition boxes.
However, for one-time purchases like merchandise or individual products, we’re happy to review refund or exchange requests on a case-by-case basis—especially in the case of damaged or defective items. See refund policy.
