REFUNDS
Creative Glam Box does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, we will always do our best to help with any concerns that may come up during your subscription. Please reach out to our support team for additional assistance.
Once you have been billed for a new subscription activation or renewal, we are not able to offer a refund, return, or exchange. All orders are non-refundable and considered final at the time they are placed.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a damaged item, please send us an email at contact@creativeglambox.com within 14 days of receiving your box with a photo of the damaged item next to the shipping label on your box. Please have name and address visible and they must be photographed together in picture.
LOST OR STOLEN BOX
If your box tracking information is reported as delivered but hasn't arrived we recommend checking with your carrier first. Also, consider checking your driveway, gate, doorstep, additional household members and other surrounding areas for your box.
